I want to help you make exercise a priority by making it more enjoyable. In this episode, I take you on my weekly exercise routine in the outdoors to talk a bit about motivation and exercise. I find that gyms can be boring and uninspiring. Call me crazy but I feel you should enjoy your exercise routines. For outdoor buffs what better way to enjoy a sunrise or sunset while cutting fat and getting a better body.  We should seek the mental as well as physical benefits of exercise. When you do this it completely shifts your mindset around exercise. It becomes an enjoyable and interactive fun thing to do rather than going into a sweatbox and staring at yourself in the mirror.
